Our work includes assessing potential, guiding renovation and interior transformation, and preparing properties for resale, rental, or long-term use. By combining interior design, renovation knowledge, and hands-on project oversight, we help turn underperforming spaces into more functional, attractive, and market- ready assets. For clients based in Barcelona or abroad, we offer a trusted local partnership from concept through to completion.
Renovation
Beyond furnishing and styling, Claireton takes on full property renovations — including projects we acquire, transform, and bring to market ourselves. We have directly overseen the complete strip-out and reconstruction of Barcelona apartments: new layouts, new kitchens, new infrastructure, finished and staged for sale. This means we understand a property not just as a space to design, but as an asset to protect.
