THE CONTEXT
An 88m² loft in Poblenou, Barcelona — a former factory building converted into residential units. The client, a property developer based in Turkey, purchased the apartment off-plan, having only seen it via video call, with the intention of renting it out as an investment. He needed a fully trusted partner on the ground to manage every aspect of the project in his absence.

WHAT WE DID
Full design, sourcing, and installation across the entire apartment and rooftop terrace. We developed an industrial aesthetic in keeping with the building's factory origins — concrete, brushed metal, and wood balanced with linen, velvet, and warm colour accents. The project involved navigating the insolvency of a key supplier mid-way through, which we managed independently and resolved without impact on the client or the timeline.
